Our cool climate and green landscape dotted with clean lakes and rivers gives us the perfect opportunity to produce our unique lamb. All Manitoulin Island Meats lamb is produced here on Manitoulin, and supplies are limited. Our speciality is young lamb with an exceptionally mild flavour and tenderness. Most of our lamb is available in late spring, but check with us any time for availability. We have many long-time customers who simply won't eat any other kind of lamb.
